最近投稿两篇文章，一个是给国内英文期刊，一个是享有盛誉的国外行业大佬级别期刊，结果一周下来，灰头土脸，前一个先是因为“The English writing is poor"而拒稿，后一个今天收到拒稿信，评审意见是：

This paper is well written, and the content is a nice exercise. However, nothing in this paper is not unknown. The paper merely repeats what has been long well known. In fact, even in that regard, the claim of global optimality of the Hohmann transfer is also long known to be incorrect. There are cases where an infinite bielliptical transfer offers better total Delta V than the Hohmann transfer - the authors do not seem to be aware of the work by John Hanson in the 1908s.
